Check in time is 4:00 pm.

Check out time is 11:00 am.



Bookings are not reserved until the required deposit of $299 is received and the rental contract is retuned signed.  The remainder of the balance will be due 30 days prior to check in.


Any cancelations will forfeit the deposit amount.  If a cancelation is made 30 days prior to check in then the entire payment amount will be forfeited.  We DO NOT offer any refunds.  We recommend attaining travelers insurance for emergency situations.


An authorization of $500 will be made on the credit card used for payment at the time of check in.  In the event that there is breakage or damage to the furnishings, appliances, electronics equipment or fixtures the lessee agrees to pay for all damages.  If any items are found to be missing after check out the Lessee agrees to pay replacement cost of the said missing items.


Please note that no smoking including on the balcony, no pets and no loud parties are allowed.  Any violation will result in a $500 fine or more if deemed necessary by management.


You must be 21 or older to book. Persons under 21 must be accompanied by an adult.


Please note that our heating and cooling units are controlled by the building management.  Though rare, there may be situations when heat or AC are unavailable.


Please be advised that internet and cable services are provided by a third party. On occasion, the service may malfunction.


Renters assume all risks related with the operation off all equipment in the unit.  Including but not limited to: Stove, oven, microwave small appliances and electrical.

How do I trust you are a legitimate company?

You would be surprised how many people have had bad experiences with vacation rentals.  We will happily provide you with references upon request.  In the meantime, please see feedback given by our clients on a trusted independent website.  We have been hosting guests in Chicago since 2008.


What payment is accepted to get the “cash” discount?

Any non-credit or non-debit card payment.  Usually a personal check will do.  Please note that the cash discount does not apply to stays longer than 30 days.


When do I get the check-in instructions and keys for the condo?

We will contact you about 1 week prior to your arrival date to give you all of the necessary check-in information.  The keys will be with the doorman on your arrival date.


Can we get an early check-in? Late check-out?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check outs.  We will make every accommodation possible.  Please note that our doorman cannot store luggage and you should plan accordingly.


Where is the garage parking located?

Garage parking is inside the building.
